Our Story

The road was dusty and hot. The 3,000-mile journey back home to California paused briefly as the car came to a fateful stop in Louisiana. The future of Tech Help Fundamentals lay in the balance as its two founders stepped out of the car. Family greeted them with smiles and laughter as they walked up the driveway under the unrelenting sun. Beads of sweat began to form on their AC-kissed skin. Before any sweet tea could hit their lips, they were ushered into the back room where an unsightly mess of cords, printers, modems, computers, and junk awaited them. They spent the next several hours fixing set-ups, reconnecting various pieces of technology, bringing a printer back to life, and even rediscovering an unknown wi-fi password. In the eyes of the family—it was a miracle! As a joke, Corey turned to Sam and said, “We should do this professionally.” ..and so it began.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bridge the gap between people and technology by easing fears and showing our clients how technology improves their lives by using devices such as computers and smartphones. We strive to keep our clients connected to the world and comfortably navigating technology.

Our Team

Sam A., Founder
Lead Technical Support Technician
Sam boasts 30 years of customer service experience building a profitable, family-run business. He recently pivoted his focus to his love of technology completing his studies in the field of IT at UC Berkeley. He has since worked throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and is now the owner of Tech Help Fundamentals. Sam turned his hobby of helping clients from the family’s business with technology solutions into a business that can help everyone. What was originally simply kindness and a genuine want to help others is now a solution for all to benefit from. Thank you, Sam.

Corey H., Founder Technical Support Technician
Corey is cool and funny. He is a semi pro wresteler with a second degree black belt. Corey always has his eye out for the lattes tech gadget to hit the market.

Megan P. Operations Manager
Megan comes to Tech Help Fundamentals with 15 years’ experience from the event planning and non-profit fundraising industries. She holds a BA from the University of California Berkeley from which she draws from for creative and innovative solutions in business management.
